Capital Solutions

The instrument follows the business, not the other way round.

Equity is only one way to fund a company, and for many of the businesses we work with it is the wrong one. We arrange capital in the form the cash flows, assets and contracts can actually carry.

Every facility is sized against evidence: receipts, security, contracts and the plan we underwrote. Where the risk criteria are met, our own balance sheet can participate.

What we do

The five capital solutions.

Structured Finance

Customised financing for emerging companies whose needs do not fit a standard product, built around how the business earns.

Green Finance

Financing for renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure and climate transition projects.

Project Finance

Funding for specific projects that clear our internal risk criteria, from real estate to infrastructure and asset finance.

Factoring Finance

Receivables financing for suppliers, from invoice discounting through to purchase order finance.

Private Structured Placement (PSP)

Private market placements in USD and NGN, matched to a client's capital goals and risk preferences.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Assess

Cash flows, assets, contracts and covenants. What the business can genuinely service.

  2. 02

    Structure

Instrument, tenor, currency, security and pricing shaped to the situation.

  3. 03

    Arrange

Lenders, funds and private investors approached with a complete, credible file.

  4. 04

    Draw

Documentation, conditions precedent and drawdown, with reporting set up from day one.

You walk away with

  • The right instrument selected, not the default one
  • Facility sized against cash flows and security
  • Terms negotiated to protect ownership and control
  • Funding drawn against a plan we underwrote

Best fit

  • Businesses with receivables, contracts or assets to finance
