Anjola holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Afe Babalola University and is pursuing a PhD in Human Resource Management at the same institution. She is also finalising her Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) certification.
Beyond her corporate work she is the Founder of The Anjola Joyce Foundation, a faith based non profit dedicated to raising children as godly leaders, equipping them with biblical values, leadership skills, and the confidence to make a positive impact in their communities.
